for the Ravero Service

Welcome to the Ravero service (hereinafter: "the Service"), operated by Ravero. Use of the Service is subject to the following terms of use. Using the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Service.

Agreement to Terms

By using the Ravero service, you agree to be bound by these terms. The terms apply to all users of the service. We reserve the right to update or modify the terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the service after publication constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

Use of Service

Ravero grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service for transferring files up to 5GB per transfer for free. You may not use the service for any illegal, harassing, threatening, or harmful purpose. You may not use the service to transfer files containing viruses, worms, or other malicious code. You may not use the service for sending spam or any other unwanted messages. Files transferred through the service are stored for 5 days from the date of transfer. After this period, files are automatically deleted.

Intellectual Property

Ravero and all content included in the service, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the property of Ravero and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the service without prior written consent from Ravero.

Liability and Disclaimer

The service is provided "AS IS" without any warranty, express or implied. Ravero does not guarantee that the service will be error-free, available at all times, or secure from breaches. Ravero is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage, including data loss, equipment damage, or loss of profits resulting from use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and compensate Ravero, its directors, employees, and agents, from any claim, damage, or loss, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the State of Israel.
